I'm interested in talking to you about a booking. What should I do now?

You can email us at dan@eapfilms.com.  Alternatively, you can call us on 07746 709030.

How many cameras do you use?

This would depend on what package you've chosen or optional extras you've requested.  We can accommodate up to 3 cameras making your Wedding as cinematic as possible, however, some church locations will only allow videography from certain angles which may restrict the positions of our operators, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

What does the price include?

Everything in your chosen package up until 20:30.  If your Wedding runs over 20:30, it will incur a cost of £15 per half hour per camera operator thereafter.

When do you arrive at the venue?

We like to arrive at the venue an hour before the service begins to film the location while it's quiet.  It's these details that you may miss once the guests begin to arrive.  They also make great title cards and cover shots.

What will you wear on the day?

We always dress smart.  During the warmer months, we wear shirts and trousers.  During the cooler months, we wear full suits.

Will you be getting in the way on our day?

Not at all.  We try to be as unobtrusive as we can.  Often the biggest compliment we can receive is when people forget we're actually there.

My Uncle said he will record the day...

Although your Uncle will record the day with your best interests at heart and as his present to you, does he have the right equipment and experience?  Will he resist the celebration?  We use Panasonic DSLR HD recording equipment, radio mics and stay sober ensuring your day is captured in its entirety.  After 20 years, we want you to be able to look back on your Wedding DVD and feel very proud.

Will you film the dinner?

No.  The dinner is a chance for you and your guests to relax and enjoy yourselves.

How long does it take to complete the edit?

We do try to have your Wedding completed within 4-8 weeks.  Depending on the time of year, the time period may be extended.  We shall always send you a digital proof via a private Vimeo link so you can approve before we send you the final film.

Do you have insurance?

Yes.  We are fully insured including Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Do you mic the groom to record the vows?

We always place a discreet microphone on the Groom to ensure we obtain a high level of audio.  Given the restrictions at some venues, we can't always get close to you so having this microphone makes all the difference.

I'm not getting married in this country.  Can you still film our Wedding?

Absolutely.  We love to travel anywhere in the World.  We have already filmed in Greece & Croatia and have had requests to film in Saint Lucia & Lanzarote so please do talk to us.  The price of the packages will remain the same and you would be responsible for the cost of air fair, accommodation as well as food and drink during our stay.

Do we have to cater for you?

Yes please!  Our operators are busy and due to the variety of services taking place throughout the day, it's not always practical for them to leave the site to be fed and watered.  The good news is that we don’t expect a seat at the table or eat what you're eating.  Sandwiches and a nibble on the buffet would be perfect, plus access to soft drinks.  Most wedding caterers will not charge extra to feed the crew so please arrange this.  If you are still unable to cater for our operators, please bear in mind they will need regular breaks which may require leaving site for an extended period.
